Events

Just like any other time of the year, fall in North Myrtle Beach hosts tons of fun events to participate in. One of the unique parts of the cooler seasons is local dishes becoming heavier and heartier, and you can explore the best of this at the World Championship Chili Cook-Off! From September 23rd to 25th, enjoy the best chili around with the International Chili Society. You can even compete if you think you have what it takes!

Immediately afterwards, the Myrtle Beach Bike Week Fall Rally begins. If you own or just have a love for motorcycles, you’ll be able to see bikers from all over come together in Myrtle Beach from September 26th to October 2nd! Whether you’re taking a cruising daycation from Murrells Inlet to Charleston, or you’re hanging out at one of the popular spots like The Beaver Bar or Plantation Pancake House, it’s a great time to bond over a common interest.

Planning a fall trip isn’t complete until we talk about Halloween! On October 29th, you and your family can join many others at Boofest! at Barefoot Landing! Come in your costumes, because there will be costume contests for age groups 0-3, 4-7, and 8-12, as well as a pet costume contest. Following the contests, the kids will get a chance to jam out at the DJ Dance Party. Stick around until 7pm for a free showing of “Hocus Pocus” on the Dockside Village Ampitheatre Lawn!
